Clinton,
I've seen units that are fastened to walls that kick out
both hot and cool air. They seem to have pipe work that goes to a machine
outside of a house or building and is actively converting the air. It was

I had them in my last apt. They were called (if I remember
correctly), forced air heat. They worked okay but slowly.
Also, they were VERY expensive to run. 1 bedroom apt ~ $150 per
month leaving the thermostat at ~71.
