I also noticed UPENN police hassling those who are riding on the walkways. What UPENN police should be doing is keeping the bike lanes clear on Spruce St. Including ticketing ambulances. The "improvements" that were made to the sidewalk and street design only work if nobody parks illegally otherwis

I agree. As a biker I find it very dangerous when the bike lanes are used as loading zones. Its not easy to have swerve around cars parked especially where there are trolley tracks. One wrong turn and your wheel is stuck in the trolley track and you're down. Also I don't understand why at the W
