Councilwoman Blackwell will hold a Press Conference tomorrow (Tuesday, 3/12) morning at 8:30 in the West Auditorium at West Philadelphia High School (enter on 47th St between Walnut & Locust). There have been several recent episodes of violence at the school, the principal has now been "moved upstairs" and the job apparently filled by two people with expanded responsibilities, and several other things are in the offing. Neighborhood stakeholders are invited to attend.
