Description:
spamd listens only on localhost, so it should start when lo interface is
up. Insted of that it dies with error:

Confirm in lirc-modules-source 0.7.1pre2-11ubuntu1 on i386.
I think in lirc-modules-source.postinst need to invert file check to:
if [ $1 = configure ] [ ! -f /etc/lirc/$package.conf ]; then
lirc-modules-source.postrm contain duplicite content.

I worked around this bug by doing the following:
# cp /usr/share/icons/hicolor/index.theme /usr/share/icons/locolor
# apt-get -y remove arson
# rm /usr/share/icons/locolor/index.theme
Now I can successfully apt-get dist-upgrade again. Before it was always
failing because I had done an apt-get
