This bug can be fixed by sync'ing the latest version of otags from
Debian unstable. There are no Ubuntu changes, the Debian changes look to
be mostly cosmetic, and the package builds and installs fine on latest
Edgy.

I am, after much hesitation, closing this bug because it is old, no one
have confirmed it, and I tend to see it as a wish valknut would support
UTF-8, and that I doubt the undelying direct connect allows it.
But feel free to reopen it if you can confirm on Edgy, or think I am
wrong.
