It's reported by insserv and caused by mismatched boot and shutdown
orders in the LSB headers of the init script shipped with libchipcard;
it causes recursive boot/shutdown conflicts between other packages.
Fixing this requires changing the boot dependency order in
libchipcard's ini script's LSB
That's because compatible applets are not yet in the archive. Please
wait until the applets are build and available via usual update.

As discussed in the upstream Debian bug, the symbol X_window::x_map
just shouldn't be in the exported symbols list. Attached branch removes
it.
