MOTU for sponsorship process, and updated debian bug with this info, so
maybe they can take those too.

jlieb is working on bug #269123 at least for intrepid, so it would be
nice if the reporters check that bug and the kernel in order to test if
can help solving the issue.

During the last month, cheese, libv4l, linux kernel and some other
components related to this problem had been updated.
There's a chance that this behaviour isn't happening anymore, can the
reporters test it and give feedback?
If it's still happenning, please provide use with the outpus as SEPARA
This problem is caused by libv4l issues and new kernel issues.
I'm suggesting to enable proposed repos and installing the libv4l and
kernel updates from there.
Those would solve most of the issues.
