Disabling compiz fixes the problem. This is definitely a compiz layout
issue.

I've had this happen on both computers I've installed this. Honestly
this makes Guake unusable for the time being. What was the version of
guake that ran on Jaunty? I could try to see if the same problem occurs
to rule out Guake.

Problem was resolved by removing the "Virtual" section on Xorg.conf.
Nontheless a regular user who had no idea about this file wouldn't have
known about this. The "Virtual" section was added when I attached
another monitor and extended my desktop with it.

Well, it appears that the firmware package for the Indigo is not
