And since that version is already included in jaunty as well I think
this is no longer a Jaunty issue. If you find that not to be true let me
know. The DeprecationWarnings remain, btw.

Actually, I just double-checked and that's not exactly true; while it is
indeed fixed in Karmic no backport has been done for Jaunty.

When you run it from procmail you get this nice warning in your procmail
log:
/usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/spambayes/classifier.py:43:
Your .procmailrc needs to contain something like this to reproduce:

And you need spambayes set up to be able to filter properly.

I don't think so. Evolution is doing something very bad (perhaps
recursing into the directories madly) -- mutt doesn't lock up or die
when accessing that server, so Evo shouldn't either.
It's not really a configuration bug with imapd -- it's more that you can
work around this by using an imapd
And bidwatcher has been removed from Debian until it's fixed, so there's
not a lot we can expect from there.

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: evolution
This is a bug that spans evolution, uw-imapd and the libc-client

It happens when:

This is rather major only because it causes the system to crash without
