Sorry for a very long answer.
I don't have a file /usr/share/applications/tuxcmd.desktop
I use latest ubuntu and installed tuxcmd package from repository.
Forthermore, there is no tuxcmd-modules package in repository. This
package is very importand, because contains functionality to work with
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: tuxcmd
If I install tux commander from official web page - everything is ok.
But if I install it from repository - menu dissapairs.
