This seems to be an evolution crash caused by mail-notification. How
reproducible is this crash when mail-notification is running and when it
is not? Does the problem still occur if you remove/rename ~/.gnome2
/mail-notification so that it creates a fresh config?

I just got this on Jaunty, but the last time I enabled Pidgin-Encryption
was with Feisty, back in the Gaim days. I checked the three files
responsible, and they had 644 permissions for some reason. This caused
Pidgin-Encryption to popup a notification for each entry in each file,
over 10 in my
Confirming based on two dupes.

issue still exists in the latest version; that is, if it is a bug that
may have been solved in the latest release. It is understandable if you
are reluctant

in the latest blubuntu-look 0.2-0ubuntu4 (bug 263819). This effectively
makes blubuntu-look conflict with ubuntu-desktop. The reason for the
conflict seems to be that both packages contain a gtkrc.

Unfortunately your workaround isn't working for me (on Jaunty). Manually
executing 'sudo /etc/init.d/darkstat start' works, and also produces the
two processes (possibly another bug).

I cannot reproduce this on Jaunty with compiz 1:0.7.8-0ubuntu4.1 and
wobbly windows activated. It looks like you reported this with compiz
0.7.7. Does this still occur with 0.7.8 in Intrepid or Jaunty? Thanks in
