center or app-install data package because when I try to install the
btnx via Software Center, it doesn't install the btnx package, it
installs btnx-config.

I noticed that the sometimes the text says Pending and sometimes In
progress. Usually when there is only one thing to install it says Pending and
when there are more things to install it says In progress.
But sometimes it happens that only one thing is about to install and the text
