I'm confirming this bug in Jaunty. If the connection is configured
manually, the speed is few times higher than if it is configured by
network manager, and it seems to be caused by absence of --loglevel 0
and --nobuffer options. So it'll be useful to have ability to specify
them.

I'm able to confirm this bug on the similar hardware. The performance
seems to be less than 0.5 fps, looks line 0.2 fps for me (1 frame in 5
seconds).

Yes, the EXA is slow in intrepid, but in my case UXA is even slower, it
is so slow, that it makes me thinking, that this is something more than
just a performance issu, but something with the process with screen
refreshing

After a recent update, compiz became extremely slow for me. I'm getting about 1
frame per 4 of 5 seconds. Metacity with compositing works fine, and compiz
without plugins is still slow. There is nothing in the logs. Everything works
relatively fine with EXA.

enormous amount of memory. After two days it uses about 500 mb of RAM
