The newer gnome-rdp should automatically add the appOptions table on
startup if it's not already present.

There is a history of problems with gnome-rdp being unable to read older
versions of the .gnome-rdp.db SQLite database files due to changes to
the SQLite libraries. Can you back this file up to another location,
delete the file in your home directory and try to restart gnome-rdp
again?

Upon further investigation, it appears that the bug is expressed by
calling Gnome.Keyring.Ring.FindNetworkPassword(...) with the same
parameters sequentially.

I think the problem may be related to accessing Gnome.Keyring from any
thread other than the main thread. This is not a problem of locking.
Gnome.Keyring seems to have an affinity to the main thread.
