I'm confirming taht after the openjdk-6 upgrade the text in the
bibliography list is no longer truncated. However, the tabs and form
labels below that list still have an excessive padding (but this doesn't
make them unreadable, just ugly).

I'm confirming this on a clean installation of Jaunty with openjdk-6. It
seems to be a problem with the text padding as the tabs and form labels
below the bibliography list are also affected.

It doesn't work. The $http_proxy is not set and the apt-get is still trying to
get flash from port 80.
In apt.conf I have a single line:
Acquire::http::proxy http://my_proxy:3128/;;
and it works for other packages.

I'm using fresh install of Jaunty Beta with all current updates. I've
set a proxy in System - Preferences - Network Proxy, as well as in
Synaptic and /etc/apt/apt.conf. However when I try to install the non-
free flash plugin it stops

It seems that this has been fixed since a several months in checkinstall 1.6.0
(patched for newer glibc versions). So, when this version of checkinstall is
going to hit the Dapper repo? Isn't this a CRITICAL bug for all package
maintainers?
