I'm afraid I was wrong. It's suddenly in again, without installing the
new intel driver.
CPU is at 70% now (gnome-system-monitor 55%, xorg 10% + other processes)

Anyway after lost of reboots and a change the bug is vanished:
- uninstalled virtualbox 3 (deb from the site)
- removed the compiled kernel modules
This could be the problem, but I can't explain to myself why this
happened from the live cd too.

If you like it I have the source of this theme (derived from renkoo).
I have corrected some problems I reported previously:
- contact name at the top of the bubble
- javascript scrolls well now
- I prevented the javascript crash caused by the fader, but it does not fade
when receiving status
I think I managed to reproduce this problem in the following way:
- open empathy
- immediately mark yourself as offline
- mark yourself as online
error! and the butterfly process remains alive even if you close
empathy, so you have to manually kill the process if you want to connect
again, or you

The gmail support does not work after having fetched the first email.
When a new mail arrives, instead of showing a notification, the icon changes
into an error (unknown).

test.txt.
If the transfer fails, the user won't understand it.
Maybe, as firefox does, the file should be named test.txt.part, and them
renamed to test.txt
