In the live environment, the myth frontend starts up but then
immediately closes when connecting to a remote server. Manually setting
the timezone on the client to be the same as that on the server

Tested on 20100112.1 amd64 mythbuntu image.
When booted into the live environment, activating the desktop icon to
start the live frontend has no effect. When run from the terminal, the
following output is received:

When changing status from 'available' to 'offline' via the fast-user-
switching panel applet, empathy correctly changes to 'offline' but the
empathy notification icon remains in the 'available' state. This

A few days after I reported this bug, it went away as mysteriously as it
appeared and I've been unable to reproduce since. I will report back if
it happens again (and will play with the python-indicate package if it
does as well).
