[Bug 439787] Re: mplayer-nogui does not disable screensaver while playing

2009-12-09 Thread Vlad Novak
Cannot disable screensaver in SMPlayer since last update, too. First, I had this problem about mouse pointer popping up every 8-10 seconds in fullscreen if 'Disable screensaver' was checked (but screensaver was disabled), and now the option (set from GUI) doesn't work at all). Pretty annoying

[Bug 414171] Re: smplayer should default to pulse, not alsa (as an audio device)

2009-11-15 Thread Vlad Novak
This bug affected me also. Changing the 'Output driver' from 'alsa' to 'pulse' solved the issue. Still, two bugs persist: 1. playback is disabled when sound is muted 2. mouse pointer keeps appearing in fullscreen every 8-10 seconds if 'Disable screensaver' is checked -- smplayer should default

[Bug 455073] Re: A mouse pointer keeps reappearing during video playback in smplayer

2009-11-15 Thread Vlad Novak
Quote: It seems it doesn't happen if you don't move the mouse after going to fullscreen. Once you move it, you need to go off and back on to fullscreen if you want to stop it popping up every 7-8 seconds. I was wrong, it still happens. Only unchecking 'Disable screensaver' stops it, but then, but

Affects me also. Not only that the mouse appears and disappears, but it also changes location to left and right a bit, so it doesn't help if I move the mouse to the edge of the screen because it keeps popping up left/right nevertheless. It seems it doesn't happen if you don't move the mouse after
