has a bug been filed to update the cron package...or should I file one?
as on the cron page...I can see...

* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
- debian/control: Depend on lsb-base = 3.2-12ubuntu4
- debian/control:
i used another command: 'mpg123 a.mp3' and now it is being executed at the
appropriate time.
i think the issue is resolved...but no idea what was wrong with the previous
command 'totem --play a.mp3' which could be executed from the terminal but not
executed as a cron job ...any suggestions?

cut...even files.It is pretty annoying.
it should search the clipboard only when the icon is clicked.

i had set up 1 alarm for each day of the week to ring in each month.
so i had 7 alarms in the list.
so on subsequent days the alarm rang on the scheduled time, and i used to close
it by closing the dialogue box.
one day alarm did not rang

I am testing the mesa package from your ppa.
Jaunty still hangs.
i had 3 hangs in the last 24 hrs...
1) opening a font in font preview
2)adding links to jdownloader
3) (unable to remember)
i think it is less frequent but still too frequent.

it is more frequent if compiz is on and less frequent when compiz is off.
some of the triggering factors are...
1)opening synaptic
2)adding links to jdownloader
3)opening newly installed pitivi from
cursor moves but i can't click anywhere
keyboard does not respond and i have to do a hard reboot.

using jaunty fully updated as on 7/3/09.
using ario 1.2.1-2 from repo.
minimise to tray option is checked in preferences, but on minimising or
closing, ario does not minimise to tray.
on closing it exits.

Importance:
i added your ppa. now my edge scroll is functioning.double click does seem to
be delayed.
how can i know whether my touchpad supports two finger scroll and how can i
enable it?
i am using dell inspiron 1525.
