Are you sure? I thought everything is GPLed.
However, if you need alternative data, there is a GPLed (and really
professional) faction available here http://www.titusgames.de/ (it also
needs this resource in order to be playable:

There was a REJECTED upload to edgy, a problem with the licensing of the
