I don't have this problem on my system.
I think a note in the README.debian would be enough to close this bug,
so users who feel the need for it to echo -rt ~/.pdrc.

Please invoke Pure Data with -rt switch (realtime) by default to prevent
stuttering
~/.pdrc is officially deprecated in Pd, but not likely to go anywhere.
There is a preference for realtime, also there is the possibility of
embedding a preferences file, so -rt could easily be included, then it
would be overidden by anyone saving their own preferences. -rt is
