Could you please test if this still happens with a recent version of
geany ? The indentation code has been totally rewritten so it's likely
fixed.

I never resolved this but ended up did a clean re-install and never
experienced this problem again. I was a long time ago but VERY
frustrating. All is good and I am still a big fan of Geany. Closed?
