Thanks for this fix! I just faced the same issue, so decided to verify
this SRU and it indeed fixes the bug:
$ apt policy ubuntu-dev-tools
ubuntu-dev-tools:
Installed: 0.193ubuntu2
Candidate: 0.193ubuntu2
Version table:
*** 0.193ubuntu2 100
100 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu
The build fails due to distro-info[1] package throwing
DistroDataOutdated as there is no update for the current development
version (lunar is released).
