I tested brasero 0.9.1-0ubuntu3~intrepid1 from intrepid-backports and
brasero's window maximizes correctly. Do I mark the status of this bug

I am not familiar with 0.8.2, but in 0.9.1 the 5 buttons are all on the
left side, and on
The problem is that the system can't enable desktop effects because I'm
using the nv-driver; nvidia hasn't yet released a driver that is
compatible with the newest xorg server (I'm using a nvidia riva tnt2
graphic card).

Thanks, no it doesn't read from any conf, could you try to enable compiz
and reproduce the same? could be a window manager issue, thanks you

with a virtual machine with that resolution, could you try with another

screen resolution?
For everyone: Brasero's window is too big, the statusbar is not visible
until I hide atleast one of the system panels. After hiding one of the
system panel I can maximize the window normally.
