Binary package hint: deluge

Deluge is no longer compatible with Python 2.4 and syntax errors are
thrown during the installation. Judging from the errors it seems pretty
easy to restore 2.4 compatibility. I'm sure this belongs upstream but I
haven't sorted out the Debian preferred means of specifying Python
versions. I've attached a debdiff that specifies Python >= 2.5 in the
control file and works. However, it is probably incomplete.
