Is this reproducible on the latest PiTiVi release or the development
version? If yes, you should file a bug upstream (see
http://www.pitivi.org/?go=bugs) and link it to this bug report.
In particular, this sounds a lot more like a driver problem instead of a
pitivi bug.

At the moment I changed version of Ubuntu and of OO.org, and I havent Pitivi
installed.
I therefore cannot reproduce the bug..
If you think it could be useful, I'll retry, otherwise I think we could close
the bug.

Well if you can indeed reproduce the bug with the latest versions, and
provide more debugging info, then yes... but it may be complex to debug
(and be a driver, xorg or gtk issue).
