After looking into

and renaming my old and creating a new profile, when trying to use a web
page using swf I get this message from my terminal screen:

Macromedia Flash plugin is the other flash plugin I have installed. I
will have a more detailed look later regarding the new profile. In the
meantime I have switched off the installed add-ons.
As a matter of fact, in Ubuntu 8.10 with
** Package changed: firefox-3.0 (Ubuntu) = swfdec-mozilla (Ubuntu)
