this crash, or what they were doing with gwave at the time it happened?

I notice this is the gwave 20090213-1package.
There was a segfault at startup cured by the gwave - 20090213-1ubuntu1
package, so I wonder why this hasn't been installed from updates.
(http://packages.ubuntu.com/karmic/gwave)
Please try installing the updated package, and see if it still
OK. I think that problem only occurred once. Anyway I messed up my boot
image (my fault) somehow, so I'll check when I can.
