It is not problem in the absence of codec. Problem is that ffmpeg cannot
find them.
Today After morning updates (ubuntu 9.1) (ffmpeg and some codecs was
updated) I was able to convert several files by those command. But after
rebooting It gave me same error.

you can list the available codecs and formats with 'ffmpeg -formats'
yuv4mpegpipe is not a valid codec listed there.
