Binary package hint: zynaddsubfx

This problem exist in both the karmic and jaunty versions of Ubuntu.
Whenever I have qjackctl running in realtime mode attempting change
instrument patches in zynaddsubfx causes the it to be disconnected from
jack. The only way to reconnect it is to restart zynaddsubfx.

Now if I run qjackctl without realtime enabled everything works fine,
except the xruns from not being in realtime of course.

Here is what I see when I run zynaddsubfx from the terminal
