Public bug reported: Binary package hint: zynaddsubfx
This problem exist in both the karmic and jaunty versions of Ubuntu. Whenever I have qjackctl running in realtime mode attempting change instrument patches in zynaddsubfx causes the it to be disconnected from jack. The only way to reconnect it is to restart zynaddsubfx. Now if I run qjackctl without realtime enabled everything works fine, except the xruns from not being in realtime of course. Here is what I see when I run zynaddsubfx from the terminal ZynAddSubFX - Copyright (c) 2002-2005 Nasca Octavian Paul Compiled: Feb 11 2008 13:36:57 This program is free software (GNU GPL v.2) and it comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY.
