Exchange 2007 on remote email server. (Wish the BOFHs here would just allow
IMAP)

I can confirm that I am also having this problem with Ubuntu 9.10 and
Evolution 2.28.1 and an Exchange server.

At some point I started to get the Segmentation fault too every time
when opening a message. So now I don't know if I have that "missing
parts" problem still too, probably.
