Public bug reported:

HDF5 ships with a standard set of Fortran interfaces, defined in .mod
files (the equivalent of C include files). One example is "hdf5.mod".

The HDF5 package, however, doesn't seem to install these files anywhere.
It's hard (and unsafe) for users to try to download those separately.

Since HDF5 includes the Fortran interface files, it should also install
them. Note that this does not introduce a dependency on the Fortran
compiler.

** Affects: hdf5 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
