I get this on Karmic kernel 2.6.31-14-generic. Doesn't VirtualBox
support 2.6.31 either?

Not sure what to say except that Vbox worked fine until I did a recent
update and then there seems to be issues with drivers, the kernels were
previously matched but I had no indication that it had been changed.
