Public bug reported: Please sync libapache2-mod-authnz-external 3.2.4-2 (universe) from Debian testing (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped: The Debian package is derived from Ubuntu's (as evidenced by debian/copyright), and the packaging changes are not very significant (the removed debian/libapache2-mod-authnz-external.README file was a copy of upstream INSTALL anyway). Diff of debian/ directories attached.
