I cannot find any information why these programs were removed. I presume
we need to see if a working cernlib package can be made from the
remains.

The problem is that the cernlib package split out these deps into
seperate packages with cernlib 2005.dfsg-1 . For instance geant is now
built by the geant321 source package in Debain instead of cernlib. I
believe it's the same situation for the other deps. We need to get the
new source packages
paw, geant321 and mclibs need to be synced from Debian. I'll do the UVF
exceptions.
