I investigated this issue on Ubuntu 11.04 (natty):
pull-debian-debdiff depends on dget which is in the devscripts package, dget
needs either curl or wget. ubuntu-dev-tools depends on devscripts and
devscripts recommends curl | wget. Therefore all dependencies are correct and
I mark this bug as
