With that powerful hardware, SC will idle 99.9% of the time. I'd use Linux and make it do other stuff as well, like SMTP/HTTP proxy, development platform for PHP/Ruby/whatever. Install VMware on it and have more systems running on it, the possibilities are endless :) -- Uluen 'FOYNLAND.ORG'

Ah, OK. There's code in MySQLHelper.pm that checks the mysql port setting. If it's been changed to something other than 9092, it assumes you have your own mysql and won't start it's own. I've never tested this... -- Fletch -
