I went ahead and added a link to the OpenSolaris entry from the
SqueezeCenter Wiki page. Looks like for anything with Solaris in the
name there is a lot more work to do to get SqueezeCenter to run...

*sigh* The problem was that the music library and playlists library
were set to be the same place. And searching for playlists recurses
down directories so found all of them. As soon as I moved my created
playlists to a separate directory, and changed the settings to reflect
this, it worked per

install seems to function perfectly with either streaming or
softsqueeze.
