you were right: selecting wma and deselecting aac did the job!
I will install the aac libs, anyway, because I would like the best
quality, and rather not use M$ code.

Since you are using a 64 bit Kernel - you are probably trying to play
AAC streams and have not installed ia32-libs package.
Try either:
1. Change iPlayer plugin settings to use WMA and not AAC
or
2. Install ia32-libs package.

Hello All,
I have the plugin v.1.1.7 installed, and enabled, however it doesn't
work.
It show briefly an error such "can't open file"...
Could it be that Listen Live is not allowed abroad?
I am in Italy, btw.
