This is a guess ... try the "audio" special version of pCP since (at
least when it launched) it has "support for more i2s-DACs".

Hi Paul,
I tried -V Digital, but in alsamixer there is still no volume control
for the hifiberry, sorry. I think there has to be a softvol control for
the device.
Thanks for the quick answer.

BTW: you already reported this issue 9 months ago. You were given the
same advice to NOT open your LMS to the world as today.

No, precisely, no restart is programmed.
Yesterday evening the display was correct, this morning, without
restarting, the display changes .. and it happens more than once a week,
without any restart of LMS or PCP

Oh, and don't forget to update your Spotty installation while you're at
it. Yes, I've been visiting your LMS and saw that hint at the bottom of
your LMS screen!
Good news is: I'm pretty sure this is a script/bot doing these things,
and not a person interactively exploiting LMS installations. B

Almost every day I'm having a problem with LMS, whether with Chrome or
Firefox
The web interface changes by itself and does not stay on "default", but
goes to "classic"
That's because you've exposed your LMS to the internet, and some guy
somewhere on the other end of this planet is having fun
I assume from your subject that LMS is running on pCP.
Changes might not be persisted across reboots ... so do you perhaps have
a cron job or timed switch that forces a reboot each day?

Hello
Almost every day I'm having a problem with LMS, whether with Chrome or
Firefox
The web interface changes by itself and does not stay on "default", but
goes to "classic"
I change manually, the next morning, the bug comes back
How to force the display to "default" ??
