I got some files working on the Pi Zero, playing from the laptop. But there was no sound. In the “change Squeezelite settings” I tried changing the “output setting” from ALSA to “hw:CARD=DAC”, because I’m using a DAC hat. I saved and rebooted, now it says Squeezelite isn’t running and the pi zero

Did you use the same audio card on the "another Pi 3B+ at the same place but with Raspbian"? Way back, I have seen problems with built-in wifi and some audio cards. I would just add a USB wifi adaptor in this case and turn off the built-in wifi. I can't remember the exact combination of RPi and

Did I mention the "Network wait" command on the [Wifi Settings] page. This was added for some USB wifi adaptors that were very slow to negotiate with DHCP. Unlike yours, these adaptors were always slow, not intermittent. If you dramatically increase this value it might give you an indication i
