First time posting. I have a digione on RPi 2 running picoreplayer
5.01. LMS is working and I can see everything but when going to set the
output device their limited options to pick from and the digione is not
listed. I have tried the hotfix and did the update to see if it fixed it

Yes, you should not have a problem populating the information. Look at
the current output of "ifconfig" to get your current values.
You should select a IP address outside of the range used by your router
DHCP server to avoid the DHCP server giving your IP address to another

I'm evaluating Smart DNS and Netflix (US version) over Christmas. I've

You would have to use static if you want to do something different. Yes
there are warnings, because quite a few folks don't know what all needs
to be done
