I have 3 raspberry pi's each running picore & a LMS. Each RPi has a
dedicated amplifier. My dashboard runs via SmartThings to orchestrate
the player commands. I can now run independently & synchronized.
Perhaps I could get away with 1 LMS but I achieve

Slartibartfast has already given you excellent advice. Just to elaborate

I fear having multiple LMS servers may cause you more problems than it
solves.

The players are always on but reboot nightly.
I was able to have the primary player curl
It is preferable to use your DHCP server to set static IPs. I only ever
use static IP on my LMS server.
Those strange default values indicate a problem.

Just before I finish for tonight i performed the same exercise with the

Same result:

Hi guys,
I would like to bring up the topic of the bluetooth playback via pCP
dropping randomly, but regularly, at least once pre day but can also be
more. So it happens without any further interaction. I have my Samsung
S10e connected, streaming some podcast to the pCP from where it gets
played

Just to see if I can resolve my issue I've setup PCP running LMS to use
a static IP in the Beta section. It was already assigned a static IP
through OPNSense. There were some weird variables when I first used the
Beta (see below). For the units using Squeezlite only I have set the
static IP of LM
All of them have static IP's and work fine from my dashboard. The only
thing I need to do is get the primary player to manage the other
players.

You don't need LMS on each player for this.

Interesting. This was just committed into the rpi kernel.

For this debug, it might be best to do it from ssh session
