The same issue was observed two days ago. I started to install pCP 8.2
on my old system. Could not completed due to wifi dongle driver issue,

My suggestion, _-*and_please_ignore_it_if_you_wish*-_, is:
Physically remove the device running PiHole from your set up
(disconnect from network and un-power)
Reset the Router to factory
