Similar issue, and there are several other threads in the forum that discusses the problem.
Newly added playlists (manual or Follow) in Spotify do not show up in Squeeze via the Triode Sporify plugin (of Spotify Family for that matter). Moving existing playlists into a subfolder does get replicated though.
