The link above will guide you through getting Ubuntu bootable from a USB stick (I've tried it). Set the Fit-PC to boot from NAND Flash and Ubuntu will boot up and give you a list of options including install. Personally I'm going to install Windows XP so I can have Moose running as a now playing screen on a 7" MIMO USB dispay I have coming.
