Hello all. I've got SlimServer 6.5.2 running on ClarkConnect Community 4.1 box.
It's started somewhat randomly to fail. Parsing the logs, it seems like MySQL dies first: 070623 18:21:57 InnoDB: Error: Write to file ./ibdata1 failed at offset 0 123813888. InnoDB: 16384 bytes should have been written, only -1 were written. InnoDB: Operating system error number 5. InnoDB: Check that your OS and file system support files of this size. It says this is a generic input/output error. The ibdata1 file seems to be 186M, disk doesn't seem full, no quotas in place. Any other ideas?
