I've noted previous issues with shairport-sync with USB DACs and the
fix. I am having an issue on 3.10 and 3.11 where shairport-sync is not
being advertised on multiple setups.
I have the following hardware:
Pi3 using ethernet and HDMI output
Pi3 using built in wifi and USB output to Topping VX2

I had problems with squeezelite playing through HDMI. The default output
setting in v2.00 is "hw:CARD=ALSA". In v1.22 and previous it was:
"sysdefault:CARD=ALSA".
I changed my output setting on v2.00 to: "sysdefault:CARD=ALSA"
