Yes I know I can destroy my Pi but it is only 35$ :)
And the price of a resistor is?
But then again, living on the edge...
But I really hope you are not on the design team of one of my future
electronics equipment .
Usual they go bust just after the warranty expires.

Correct, but there is a way around this.
Do not know if it is necessary for the piCo but it is possible to use a
USB stick for the Linux part of the SD card

I had to change my pw because of the special chars.
Reading this thread back there were problems, some probably in the web
interface, which did not cope well with some special chars.
I eventually gave up (a pity because i use a long password, and have
lots of devices without keyboard)
Thanks for the update.
Take your time, better to have a good tested piCoPlayer then a early
release one.
Exception for beta's to test of course.

Expanding the filesystem may be added as a option in the future.
Would be a nice addition, the space on the SD card does not have a
negative effect on piCorePlayer as far as I can see.
piCorePlayer runs in RAM as I read earlier in this thread.
Unless you put in Open

Hi I have seen this a few times also during development of piCorePlayer,
it is caused because it is running out of space on the card, and
therefore the last file is not untarred.
Witch partition is to small, the FAT32 or the rootfs ?
The piCore image makes a 20 mB fat32 partion
