Thanks very much to everyone for your input, it will all be very helpful. One of the reasons I asked the question is that this is going to be installed in a car, which is obviously a pretty harsh environment (should probably have mentioned this to start with :rolleyes:). So anything that helps

Hi, One of the great benefits of using piCorePlayer is that it's fundamentally read only, so is unlikely to wear out the SD card, or corrupt it if the pi is turned off without shutting down first. If LMS is installed on top of piCorePlayer, does this make a difference? I would imagine there
